_{here's how yesterday went:
woke up, ate breakfast, watched jon & kate + 8, blahblahblah

arrived at his house at approx. 1:52. he told me we were gonna see harry potter instead. pleasant surprise. it started at 3:15, so we watched the suite life of zack and cody and talked to kill time. we went to the movies with jenna and their cousin natalie. it was almost 3 hours long and we all had to go to the bathroom really bad. joey got a medium dr. pepper which was like enough to supply a small third-world country. it was so big, it got stuck in the cup holder. he spent a good 3 minutes trying to make it budge. i reached over and pulled it out on my first try. he said it was because he hands were all buttery from the popcorn. yeah, sure. blame it on the popcorn.
after the movie was over, jenna and natalie left in jenna's car. when they were walking away, jenna said "no snogging!" i laughed and i think joey wanted to kill her at that moment. anyway, he and i sat against the building while we were waiting for his mom and just talked about random stuff.

amelia, i know your question, and the answer is no.

the only thing that came close to anything like that was elbow contact during the movie. that was pretty much it.

on the way back home, they played "down in a hole" by alice in chains. i was thinking "OMENN!"

and on the way to his house, i saw a baby turkey with its mom and they played "the world i know" by collective soul, which gave me good vibes. so that was nice.

so, what was supposed to be an hour-long mini-golf session turned into a 4-hour movie day. hmm. i wonder if he had that planned beforehand or if he changed his mind at the last minute cuz it was semi-sprinkling outside. just something to think about...
